Curriculum & Instruction
We pride ourselves in aligning the academic standards with creative and innovative ways to engage our students. We focus on developing the whole child through our social-emotional learning curriculum, daily individualized literacy and math interventions, and providing opportunities for movement, collaboration, and critical thinking throughout the school day. Our students engage in a variety of developmentally appropriate experiences to become self-directed learners using our Makerspace Area, Media Center, Outdoor Learning Classroom, and a variety of specialist classes. We are proud to offer 1:1 devices for our students in grades K-5, music and band for all 4-5th grades, art classes for 3-5th grades, and physical education every day. Our dedicated staff encourage all students to take risks, learn from mistakes, and celebrate successes.
Emergency-Learning Days (E-Learning)
In the event of a school closure due to inclement weather, learning expectations for all students may continue through E-Learning activities. Curriculum plans for each grade level can be viewed by clicking the "E-Learning" button below. Please contact your child’s teacher if you have further questions regarding learner expectations on E-Learning days.
