BBE Public Schools is happy to assist you with enrolling in our school district! Whether your children are a few years old or entering 12th grade, we are ready to assist you with the enrollment process. Below are the steps in the process, broken down by school.

  1. To start the enrollment process, we ask that you first reach out and introduce yourself to our High School Office via phone at 320-254-8211x2100 or by email at hsoffice@bbejaguars.org. This will allow us to prepare for your new enrollment!

  2. Fill out the BBE Public Schools Enrollment Packet. This can either be downloaded and printed here or picked up at the HS Office. Please fill out this form in its entirety. If you have questions regarding any section of this form, please make sure to contact the HS Office.​​

  3. Review the following optional forms that may apply to your student. These forms can either be downloaded and printed from the links below or picked up at the HS Office.

    2. Backpack Attack​ Form

    3. Open Enrollment Form

  4. After completing the Enrollment Packet and any optional forms, please deliver or mail the forms to the BBE High School Office at 710 Washburn Ave Belgrade, MN 56312, or scan and email them to hsoffice@bbejaguars.org ​

  5. Please allow some time to process your enrollment documents. We will communicate with you throughout the process and notify you when your student will be able to begin classes.

High School Enrollment:​​

  1. To start the enrollment process, we ask that you first reach out and introduce yourself to our Elementary School Office via phone at 320-254-8211x1215 or by email at elemoffice@bbejaguars.org. This will allow us to prepare for your new enrollment!

  2. Fill out the BBE Public Schools Enrollment Packet. This can either be downloaded and printed here or picked up at the ES Office. Please fill out this form in its entirety. If you have questions regarding any section of this form, please make sure to contact the ES Office.​​

  3. Review the following optional forms that may apply to your student. These forms can either be downloaded and printed from the links below or picked up at the ES Office. ​

  4. After completing the Enrollment Packet and any optional forms, please deliver or mail the forms to the BBE Elementary School Office at 245 School Ave N Brooten, MN 56312, or scan and email them to elemoffice@bbejaguars.org ​

  5. Please allow some time to process your enrollment documents. We will communicate with you throughout the process and notify you when your student will be able to begin classes.

Elementary School Enrollment:​​

  1. To start the enrollment process, we ask that you first reach out and introduce yourself to our JKC coordinator via phone at 320-254-8211x1226 or by email at vvoss@bbejaguars.org. This will allow us to prepare for your new enrollment!

  2. Fill out the JKC Enrollment Packet. This can either be downloaded and printed in English or Spanish or picked up at the ES Office. Please fill out this form in its entirety. If you have questions regarding any section of this form, please make sure to contact the ES Office.​​

  3. After completing the JKC Enrollment Packet and any optional forms, please deliver or mail the forms to the BBE Elementary School Office at 245 School Ave N, MN 56312, or scan and email them to vvoss@bbejaguars.org ​

  4. Please allow some time to process your enrollment documents. We will communicate with you throughout the process and notify you when your child will be able to start.
