Enroll Now

BBE Public Schools is happy to assist you with enrolling in our school district! Whether your children are a few years old or entering 12th grade, we are ready to assist you with the enrollment process. Below are the steps in the process, broken down by school.

New family registration is intended for families who are new to the district and do not have any children or children on file. It should only be completed by families that are enrolling in the district for the first time.

 

If you are a family open enrolling to the district, you must first complete the MDE Open Enrollment Form. This must be completed and returned to the district on paper as mandated by MDE before starting a new family registration.

New Families:

  1. To start the enrollment process, we ask that you first reach out and introduce yourself to our JKC coordinator via phone at 320-254-8211x1226 or by email at vvoss@bbejaguars.org. This will allow us to prepare for your new enrollment!

  2. Fill out the JKC Enrollment Packet. This can either be downloaded and printed in English or Spanish or picked up at the ES Office. Please fill out this form in its entirety. If you have questions regarding any section of this form, please make sure to contact the ES Office.

  3. After completing the JKC Enrollment Packet and any optional forms, please deliver or mail the forms to the BBE Elementary School Office at 245 School Ave N, MN 56312, or scan and email them to vvoss@bbejaguars.org ​

  4. Please allow some time to process your enrollment documents. We will communicate with you throughout the process and notify you when your child will be able to start.

Jaguar Kid Connection (JKC) Enrollment:

New Student Registration

New student registration is utilized primarily for returning families to register new students not currently enrolled in grades K-12. This option is also used for registering students for Kindergarten.

To start a new student registration, sign into your Infinite Campus parent account and navigate to “More” > “Online Registration”, then choose the year in which you are registering for. This will allow you to start the registration process. If you do not have a parent portal account or forgot your username/password, please contact the appropriate school via phone or email.

Existing Student Registration 

Existing student registration is required annually for returning families and students. The purpose of this registration is to confirm existing information that the district has on file, and make any necessary changes. 

To start an existing student registration, sign into your Infinite Campus parent account and navigate to “More” > “Online Registration”, then choose the year in which you are registering for. This will allow you to start the registration process. If you do not have a parent portal account or forgot your username/password, please contact the appropriate school via phone or email.

Returning Families:
